Happy Mother's Day...You're a Winner!!!!
Hap, Hap, Happy Mother's Day to all of our wonderful Mums and Mum-like ladies! We love you to the moon and back and miss you dearly.
And, in case you didn't know...we're married.
It's all official. And now, I'm officially done with all my sacraments. Well, except for reconciliation/confession...but it doesn't require a trip up to the alter! Thank goodness. I'm pretty sure those people in the pews were getting sick of seeing me up there. And, of course, except for that whole anointing of the sick...but let's hope I don't need that until the end. Way, way in the future.
Do you know what old married "newlyweds" do on their wedding night? They fall asleep at 9:30! Boy do we know how to party.
And After 12 years of marriage, how do you get your spouse to gaze lovingly into your eyes during the ceremony? Have someone wave a beer bottle behind your head to get their attention.
Problem was, the guy holding the beer bottle was kind of short so I gazed lovingly into Jason's shoulder area the whole time.
Ba dum bump ching.
Anyway, for you Mums, I decided to host a Mums day giveaway and create a special album in the middle of the year with wedding (Convalidation ceremony to be exact) photos since it was "the second wedding you've missed"...end quote. Even better, it's not just one of those things that I say I'm going to do but never actually get around to. No sirreee Bob! I've actually created the books and placed the orders. You should be receiving soon.
It's not the Prize Patrol but it's something!
Now don't ask me for anything else for at least 6 months, you hear? I'll be on my honeymoon. Jason's taking us to this little town called Alice Springs. I hear it's lovely and has great shopping!
Love you all!
Angie
